Intern Vacancy



Superior Model Management and The Elect Agency are a modelling and PR agency created to provide clients with high quality models and brand ambassadors. Superior's one-to-one personal management and pro-active, grass roots approach has consistently launched successful individuals in the fashion industry, and we regularly deliver modelling services to some of the most prolific clientele in the world.

We are currently looking for a part-time intern to join our rapidly expanding company.

The intern will report to the director of Superior, and play an integral role in aiding the growing expansion and day-to-day running of our business. This will involve responsibility in areas of, but not limited to, general administration, website management and New Faces development, as well as providing the high quality customer service within reception. 

In particular, we are looking for a mature, highly motivated, efficient individual, who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  To excel in this role, you will need strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to use your initiative when working in challenging situations. This is an unpaid internship, so we are ideally looking for applicants in college/university from a fashion design/marketing course that would like to gain some worthwhile work experience and invaluable skills within the fashion industry.

Daily Tasks: 

- Provide general personal assistance to the director
- Manning phones
- Shadowing New Face booker
- Updating website and social media channels
- Effectively marketing the Superior brand and helping it to grow and expand
- General admin tasks

Requirements:

- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- General basic knowledge of the fashion industry
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong social media skills i.e. Blogger/Facebook expertise
- Proficient IT skills
- Ability to quickly pick up new skills and knowledge

Chloe for Stobo

Congrats to model Chloe who won the "Face of Stobo" competition over the weekend. Over 350 entries were received, however Chloe stood out to the Stobo team in terms of looks and personality, and they clearly think she's perfect for the job!

As well as fronting Stobo’s £100K advertising campaign throughout 2012 and beyond, Chloe will also enjoy three nights in The Cashmere Suite.

Look out for Chloe on television, billboards and maybe even on the back of buses throughout Glasgow and Edinburgh!
